  14. This INIT, written by John Norstad, solves some of the problems programmers have using Vaccine when programming in an environment other than MPW.
  15.    Vaccine complains whenever an attempt is made to create a CODE resource.  This is good for the general public, but some programmers find it very annoying.  Whenever a program is linked the linker creates CODE resources, and Vaccine complains about each one.  Vaccine has the
